10th move..... Moving to 3D?

Quite curious on 3D ?
Is job of 3D artists paid a high salary ?

The funny part... my mum suddenly want me to transfer to 3D artists because they will paid high salary of 3D artists. So i try to some 3D artists jobs and find out their salary. But still i am not very understand about the 3D thing. This is what i found for the requirements of 3D artists.

Stan Design

3D Artists / Animator

Responsibilities:

• To create 3D interior & exterior environments in Animation/Perspective, for the housing and construction industry. Conceptualisation skills a big advantage.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): 3D Studio Max, Lightwave 3D, Photoshop.
• Preferred skill(s): Premier, After Effects, Motion Graphics.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferred language(s): Chinese.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferred Junior / Senior Artists specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
